We are having summer like spring here in Lodi. The warm spring evening sky has the remnants of winter such as Taurus and Pleiades close to the twinkling planet Venus and a beautiful crescent moon. The brightest star in the sky Sirius still twinkles into the month of May. Later in the week the first-quarter moon is in the constellation of Leo. https://skyandtelescope.org/observing/this-weeks-sky-at-a-glance-april-24-may-2-2/
